1.Shipping & Customs : We provide delivery via USPS. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) ; we cover all import duties and taxes so you won't face unexpected charges. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as Beautyco is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses.
2.Returns & Refunds : We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed via the original PayPal account (patchareesris9@gmail.com).
