- Order Cut-off Time : 5:00 PM (GMT+07:00) Indochina Time (Bangkok)
- Handling Time : 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Transit Time : 10–18 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery Time : 11–21 business days.
Shipping Rates (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid)
We offer tiered flat-rate shipping. All prices include import duties and customs taxes - no hidden fees at delivery.
- Orders $0.01 – $49.99 : $10.00 Flat Rate
- Orders $50.00 – $99.99 : $15.00 Flat Rate
- Orders $100.00 – $149.99 : $20.00 Flat Rate
- Orders $150.00 – $199.99 : $25.00 Flat Rate
- Orders $200.00 and above : FREE SHIPPING
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package through the Official USPS Tracking Portal.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at service.beauty.co@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Fees
- For Defective or Damaged Products : If the product is incorrect or damaged by our error, Beautyco will bear the full cost of return shipping.
- For Customer Remorse : If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
