Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple return process.
Return Period & Eligibility
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts).
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
1.Contact Us : Email our support team at service.beauty.co@gmail.com with your Order Number.
2.Authorization : Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
3.Ship Back : Pack the item securely. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Process via PayPal
- Inspection : Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status.
- Approval : Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately and automatically applied to your original PayPal account or the credit/debit card used through PayPal.
- Verified Transaction : The refund will be issued from our account : patchareesris9@gmail.com.
- Timeline : Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank and PayPal’s policies.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
